This is just too strange...

One of my favorite Seinfeld quotes is "There are no big coincidences or little coincidences, they're all just coincidences! That's why they call them coincidences!" I probably screwed that up, but eh, you get the point.

So I haven't been on Friendster in AGES. I went through a whole phase where I thought it was just the coolest thing known to mankind (and truth be known, I still think it's pretty cool, if only they could get more people (like EVERYONE) onboard, it's an amazing and wonderous thing...one could burn through days and weeks looking people up, and it really gives you a sense for the whole "Small world" thingie. Guess I just got kinda bored with it for a while.)

Today, the second (in less than a week!) twentysomething hot asian chick from California visiting Charlotte e-mails me indicating that we have the same taste in music, only this one's still here in town, completely bored, sounds like she will be for a couple more weeks, and wants to hang out and check out the "clubs" here in town. How bizarre is that? Normally I'm not especially into asian girls (with the few exceptions that prove the rule, naturally, you guys know who you are, love ya! muah!), ;) but this one is cute! Her Friendster profile says that she's "open minded", but just how much? I happen to have plans to go to a certain club tomorrow, but one wonders if that's her speed...the mind boggles...

I've e-mailed her back , all that remains is to just sit back and let the story unfold. Might have to call Skip for deal-closing pointers...
